tourmilated quartz earrings – oval waves – Argentium silver
I’ve made an oval shape earring in the water design. I textured and then cut out a teardrop shape from solid Argentium silver. And then fused on the waves and granules.
I have accented these beautiful silver ovals with a natural gemstone drop.
These earrings have a very interesting Tourmilated Quartz teardrop. This quartz is formed with Tourmaline inclusions, creating a beautiful, natural gemstone.
Earrings are 4.5 cm long by 1.3 cm wide.
They weigh 3.6 grams.

Argentium Silver is a high quality silver with a silver content of 935. It has the unique feature of having a small amount of Germanium added. Argentium Silver is whiter, harder and slower to tarnish. And it is always nickel-free.
I hand make all the earwires and posts with Argentium Silver, so all my earrings are nickel-free.
