Red Topaz comes in a range of shades from almost Pink, to Orange, and , if you are lucky, a true, deep Red, like this one. It is a 15.3 carat oval, checkerboard surface Red Topaz. I made a prong setting for this Red Topaz – to let in all the light. This ring is 2.0 cm wide in the front and 0.76 cm wide in the back. The ring is a size 10.75. The Lunar band is heavy, solid argentium silver.

Argentium Silver is a high quality silver with germanium added. Argentium silver is whiter, harder, slower to tarnish, purer (nickel-free) and has a higher silver content of 935 (sterling is 925)
