earring jacket – half moon and post
This is the interesting idea of ‘earring jackets’. The post goes thru an opening in the additional third piece of this earring. The extra piece (the half moon) is unattached and can be worn in front or behind the earlobe – completely changing the look. Held in place with a granule stud. On this earring I hand etched a ray pattern.
These earrings are 1.5 cm long x 2.2 cm wide. The weight is 3.2 grams. These earring jackets are hand etched with the rays of the sun.
