Bark design earrings. I start with a narrow strip of silver and add bits and pieces of silver wire. I fuse all the silver together – and hammer a bit – until a pretty piece of silver bark emerges. Then it is time to solder on a post and shape into a perfect hoop earring. Every earring has handmade interest – the modern concept of a Hoop with the old forest charm of Bark.
Earrings are 5.5 cm long by 0.3 cm wide. They weigh 7.8 grams.

Argentium Silver is a high quality silver with a silver content of 935. It has the unique feature of having a small amount of Germanium added. Argentium Silver is whiter, harder and slower to tarnish. And it is always nickel-free.
I hand make all the earwires and posts with Argentium Silver, so all my earrings are nickel-free.
