These are the post earring version. I use the same sun – I cut a 1.3 cm disc that I hand etch with the rays of the sun, dome it for extra sparkle and interest. I solder on an Argentium silver post and add an Argentium butterfly.
These post earrings are 1.3 cm wide.

Argentium Silver is a high quality silver with germanium added. Argentium silver is whiter, harder, slower to tarnish, purer (nickel-free) and has a higher silver content of 935 (sterling is 925)
